I am only here to report on their cafe, keep scrolling for pizza reviews. They have a cafe in a separate space from the restaurant featuring baked goods and coffee and espresso drinks. All were excellent and consumed on the outdoor patio. There aren’t too many coffee shops in the area but this is a good one.

Been coming here for over 15 years and recommend to all our guests at the local campgrounds. The owners Billy and Diane do a great job. Food is always great and staff is polite and helpful. Great outdoor seating and tons of options on the menu.

Have been enjoying coming here for over 6 years now. From the early morning cold brew glazed scones to the breakfast/lunch options you can always find something quick and tasty. The staff, especially Jody & Lacy are always friendly to me and my wife. The celebration cake ice cream at the sweet escape is to die for. Note: Ice cream is cash only so bring greenbacks or use the atm in house. Lastly to the noob saying the waffle cone was burned, they make cinnamon brown sugar waffle cones thus they’re a little darker in appearance than the average waffle at other places. Don’t hesitate to stop in and I’d also suggest ordering ahead for bigger orders during the summer. Just call and then you don’t wait when you get there.

The best breakfast sandwich!! Fresh and delicious! You can see the workers and it’s very clean and friendly. The baked goods look amazing but my sandwich was so big I did not get anything else. We ate out on the patio with my dog!

The savory pesto pizza was full of delicious fresh toppings. I highly recommend trying the oatmeal cream pie, it is simply sweet and wholesome with a touch of nostalgia. I waited for my pizza in the “savory side” and the food runner brought my pizza all the way out to the patio to sit in one of the many open outdoor tables (on a busy Saturday night too!) they have enough outdoor space for the whole family. The small pizza would be great to split with 2 people having 3 slices or one very hungry person! Outdoor seating with string lights among the trees was a perfect place to relax & re-fuel after a long beach day.

Great pizza, pecan bars, and ice cream. All very reasonably priced. The ice cream requires cash but there’s an atm. Pizza sizes are very large and only 4.50

I've been visiting Savory & The Sweet Escape for years and am never disappointed. Wide range of delicious paninis on house-made focaccia, great burgers & fries, wonderful breakfast options and outstanding desserts.

I got coffee from here when I was camping at Horton camp resort. I really enjoyed the coffee. Also enjoyed the seating outdoor. Very nice and peaceful vibes. No table service. No indoor seating either. They had a broad variety of ice creams. If I ever go back to the area I would love to try their ice creams.
